  • File-print save-convert
SNAPSHOTS

  2. Click the "View" menu, then "Zoom" then "Actual Size." This will ensure the Snapshot tool captures the entire page.
  3. Click anywhere on the page you want to save. Click "Ok" when prompted to confirm the selection has been copied. The page is automatically copied to the clipboard as an image.Open a blank document in another application, such as Microsoft Word or WordPad. Click "Ctrl+V" to paste the image of the Pdf page. Save the document, then convert it to pdf. before attaching it to your email. Or you can attach it to your email as a jpg. or png. file

SELECT-COPY-PASTE

  2. Scroll through the document until you reach the individual page you want to save.
  3. Click the "View" menu. Select "Page Display," then "Single Page."
  4. Click the "Edit" menu, then "Select All." This selects all the text on the page. Use this option if the page you want to save only contains text or you don't need to save any images. Click "Edit" then "Copy" to copy the selected text.
  5. Open a blank document in another application, such as Microsoft Word or Word Pad. Click "Ctrl+V" to paste the image of the Pdf page. Save the document, then convert to pdf.

FILE-PRINT-SAVE-CONVERT
  1. Click "File", "Print", select page you want.
  2. Change printer to Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.  when you click print, it will bring up a window to save, save the document. It saves the file as a (.tif) but it does the trick.
